Why would you do E? If I were the interviewer I'd probably see that as an incredibly rude way of pointing out that you have no chair.

A... who in their right mind would pick E?? I'd love to see it happen but if you want the job you wouldn't do that? xD

I'd just stand; being SURE that the interviewer would graciously offer me a seat - especially if they're sitting. Surely they wouldn't be THAT rude...

I'd have said D is childish, sarcastic and provocative. Best thing may be just to stand in a relaxed way. You're not going to let their lack of manners affect your comfort or your performance at interview. Clearly they want to put you on the back foot but you will show them they can't.

Id look around for a chair and if there wasn't any id stand and wait for the interviewer to give me one, if not then id just make myself comfy, stand straight and relaxed, maybe lean on the desk etc

I would've totally just sat crisscross applesauce on the floor. I dislike chairs anyways.

E! after all, why not, it's a direct way of doing B and D, and skipping A and C (:

I'd actually prefer to remain standing. I feel that it'd make me appear more powerful and self-assured.

I would definitely pick C but I'd love to see someone do E just for laughs

My real answer is that I would look around to see if there are empty chairs in the room. If so, I would go get one saying something like "If it's not a problem for you I prefer to sit". If not, I would totally ask for a chair.

I decided A if they wanted you to sit down they would have had a chair ready or they would have gotten you a chair to sit in .

A or D for me, really. Depending on the setting/environment and my feelings and the job I was going for...
